Web Hosting Term & Conditions

  1. Anifar Technologies is providing the webhosting services as a white label reseller for the worlds renowned hosting data centre based in USA and thus it not having a direct control on the data center equipments, machines and for any loss that may occur due to some reason like fire, theft, storm or earthquake and for the damages thus may occur to the servers effecting the functionality of the websites.
  2. Anifar Technologies is providing the webhosting space to its clients and it is and should not be responsible for any data placed and transmitted though its representatives web server or data center, it included the data related to web content, images, audio tapes, videos and emails sent or received to and from any account existing on our host’s data centre.
  3. Anifar Technologies gives its clients the 99.9 % uptime and an overall 2.5-hour downtime in a year should come under the tolerance level
  4. Once the cPanel is assigned to any client we are not responsible for any loss of data, web page or email as the cPanel credentials are with the client and we through no means can access or retrieve the password for any client’s cPanel.
  5. Anifar Technologies cannot be held responsible for any server end changes, improvements, upgradations and cannot be held responsible for the DNS records loss or the resetting of the accounts name and its password that may arise due to such changes at the server end.
  6. Anifar Technologies cannot be held responsible for the proper functioning of the emails that are being configured outside our company’s data centre environment. The external email platform may include Google apps, office 365, local mail exchange, Amazon and any such email services.
  7. Anifar Technologies cannot be held responsible for the loss of incoming emails that may bounce due to the exceeded quota set on any email box. It cannot be held responsible for non-deliverance of any email that may arise due to unavailability of a particular email, recipient mail size exceeding limit, blocked IP, backlisted email, domain or IP or due to the usage of third party anti spamming software.
  8. Anifar Technologies cannot be held responsible for any downtime that has being bring into the notice through email. The downtime calculation starts as soon as we receive the downtime notification and send its acceptance as a reply and end when we notify the client regarding the restoration of the server.
  9. Downtime and email incoming and outgoing performance cannot be challenged as we are representing the server which is based in USA and it is not come under our direct administration and control. All our Guarantees and Terms of Services are based on the Guarantees and Terms of Services of the data center in USA which are representing.
